Where to find the MAC address and Device Key

As soon as you open IBO Player, the first screen shows two codes:

• MAC address: six pairs of letters and numbers separated by colons, for example 1A:2B:3C:4D:5E:6F.
• Device Key: a short number shown just below or next to the MAC address.

The easiest way: take a photo of the TV screen with your phone and send it to us — no risk of typing mistakes. You can find the same codes later in the app settings.

• "No playlist" or empty channel list: close and reopen the app after we confirm your playlist was added.
• Channels freeze: connect the TV with an Ethernet cable if you can, and restart the TV and router.
