How to set up Duplex IPTV on Samsung or LG TV
- Install Duplex IPTV: On LG: Home › LG Content Store › search “Duplex IPTV”. On Samsung: Home › Apps › search “Duplex IPTV”. Install the app.
- Open the app: The screen shows your Device ID and Device Key (also in the app’s activation section). Take a photo of the screen.
- Send us your codes: Send the photo, or the Device ID and Device Key, to our team on WhatsApp.
- We add your playlist: We add your subscription to your Duplex device from the official Duplex playlist website and activate the app.
- Refresh and watch: Back on the TV, choose Refresh (or restart the app): live TV, movies, series and the TV guide load.
On Samsung TVs, Duplex IPTV is not available in the app store of every country. If you can’t find it, send us a photo of the search results or use IBO Player instead.
Where to find your Duplex IPTV codes
- Device ID: a code that identifies your TV in Duplex (Duplex uses it instead of a MAC address). Enter it in the “MAC address” box of our forms.
- Device Key: a second code shown next to it, used to protect your device.

- Empty channel list: close and reopen the app (or use its Reload / Refresh option) after we confirm your playlist was added.
- Channels freeze: connect the TV with an Ethernet cable if you can, and restart the TV and router. More tips: how to stop IPTV buffering.
- New playlist not showing: in Duplex, use Refresh on the playlist screen — the app does not always reload it on its own.
- The app is not in your TV store: older TVs (roughly before 2018) may not have it — try IBO Player or a Fire TV Stick.
