Black screen, no sound or "playback error"? In Smarters open Settings › Player selection and switch Live TV to another player, then try again.
6. Reload the channel list and TV guide
Missing channels or an empty guide: go back to the home screen, use the reload icon, then Install EPG again.
7. Improve your connection
- HD needs about 10 Mbps, 4K about 25 Mbps per screen.
- Use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or an Ethernet adapter.
- Pause big downloads on other devices during live sports.
8. Free up storage
Devices with almost no free storage become slow and apps crash. Uninstall unused apps and delete old downloads.
